I am really not sure how in the world this hotel is rated 4 out of 5, I have literally stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one rated very low for me. The first downside of this hotel was it's staff, while some of them were nice and tried I would say that in general they make no attempt to accommodate you in any way, any request to management for things like an extra comforter or pillow is going to be me with a "no we don't do that." As well I had some interactions with others in the staff who were downright condescending. Any westerner who visits this hotel will surely be disappointed. The rooms though clean and orderly are small and dank, perhaps if you are a young junior Japanese salary man in need of a place to stay in Tokyo this might suffice, otherwise avoid this hotel. Think of a motel six but with less acommodating staff, and far smaller rooms, and much harder beds. For the money there are literally hundreds of better places in Tokyo to stay. Why would anyone overpay when far better options exist?

Pros Wide room. Unlike other hotels in Tokyo, this hotel has got wide rooms. The single room I stayed in was 18m2, which was enough for me. Access to the train station. A few minutes walk from JR Osaki Station, and most of the route to the station has a roof. Many restaurants and shops. There are about three shopping malls adjacent to the railway station. Each of them has many restaurants and shops. Coin laundry. The hotel has an automatic self-service laundry; it costs like 500 yen. You find the cloth washed and dried after two hours. Cons Access from airports. The bus from Narita Airport was suspended as of June 2023. There are buses from Haneda Airport, but the frequency is not very often. Riding on a Japanese train with suitcases is difficult, especially during rush hours.

The room is small but functional, excellent location with easy access to the Osaki station and a very friendly and reasonably priced gym club in the building called NAS, a separate business not owned by the hotel. From our room on the top floor we had a view of Mt. Fuji from our window. Two drawbacks: no convenient laundry service or laundry facility and secondly, the bed was not the most comfortable.

Like most Japanese hotels rooms are small by our standards. I had a double room which was adequate. Staff were very accommodating even though there was a language barrier, my fault. Good location plenty of restaurants and shiops close by, close to Metro

I booked a standard double room, 18 square meter in size. This is quite typical of “business hotel” in Japan, catering to people who travel for business. What’s interesting about this hotel is the provision of daily pyjama which is nice. It’s about 5 mins walk to Osaki JR station on Yamanote line which easily connects you to other major parts of Tokyo. The downside is the breakfast. After trying the breakfast twice, I decided to have my breakfasts in other cafes nearby. There are lots of options for breakfast within 3-5 mins walk away.
